Families are experiencing pressures, internally and externally, like never before. Crisis is becoming the norm, and Connie Maxwell is there to assist those in need. The Pee Dee Campus located in Florence is ready to help families at a moments notice. Caring for ten teenage girls at a time, this shelter care program has the special ability to make even the most distraught teen feel at home and loved. The girls attend local schools and are encouraged to be involved in extracurricular activities. Families are urged to visit. Parenting workshops and recreational activities are conducted on a regular basis with the girls and family members. The girls attend a local South Carolina Baptist Church and are very much involved with all its activities. The Pee Dee Campus also serves as a regional office for CMCH and coordinates placement applications from 12 counties east of Columbia. If you would like to be involved in providing hope for our future, email Pee Dee or call the Pee Dee Campus at 1 (843) 665-9417.
